Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules and guidelines for using AS Soluciones Digitales infrastructure and services. All customers and end users must comply with this policy.
1. Permitted Use
Our services may be used for any lawful purpose that complies with applicable local, national, and international laws. Permitted uses include but are not limited to:
- Hosting websites, applications, and databases
- Running enterprise workloads and business applications
- Data storage, backup, and disaster recovery
- Development and testing environments
- Email and communication services
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our infrastructure:
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or any malicious software
- Unauthorized access attempts to any system or network
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or phishing attacks
- Hosting illegal content or facilitating illegal activities
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit written authorization
- DDoS attacks or any form of network abuse
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of third parties
- Operating open proxies, relays, or anonymization services without authorization
3. Network & Resource Usage
To ensure fair access and optimal performance for all customers:
- Bandwidth usage must remain within your subscribed plan limits
- Do not intentionally degrade network performance for other users
- Report any suspected security vulnerabilities responsibly
- Maintain up-to-date security patches on your managed systems
4. Content Guidelines
You are responsible for all content stored on or transmitted through our infrastructure. The following content is not permitted:
- Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Child exploitation material of any kind
- Content that violates export control or sanctions regulations
- Counterfeit goods or fraudulent services
5. Security Requirements
All customers must adhere to minimum security practices:
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication
- Keep all software and operating systems up to date
- Implement firewall rules and access controls on your systems
- Report security incidents to our NOC within 24 hours of discovery
- Conduct regular security audits of your hosted environments
6. Enforcement & Violations
Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, depending on severity:
- First offense: Written warning and request for immediate remediation
- Second offense: Temporary suspension of affected services
- Severe or repeated violations: Immediate termination of all services
- Illegal activities: Reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities
7. Reporting Violations
